S1000xr Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the s1000xr platform. By registering or accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all rules set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the s1000xr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the s1000xr platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and s1000xr as the platform operator. This agreement takes full effect from the moment you begin using the platform, including before the registration process is complete. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use any services offered by s1000xr under any circumstances.
Access to the s1000xr platform is restricted to individuals who are legally eligible to participate in online betting or gambling activities under the laws of their country or territory of residence. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To fully access s1000xr's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is only permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Notifying s1000xr immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity conducted through your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
- Not sharing your account details with any third party.
- Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date.
S1000xr shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security responsibilities outlined above. This platform uses SSL encryption to protect user data during transmission; however, password security remains the sole responsibility of the user.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
S1000xr users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the s1000xr platform.
- Using false information or another person's identity to register an account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud or promotion abuse.
- Taking actions that disrupt other users' experience on the platform.
- Copying, distributing, or reselling platform content without prior written consent from s1000xr.
S1000xr reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Liability Limits
All financial transactions on the s1000xr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. s1000xr does not accept payments made using accounts or cards belonging to third parties.
Successful deposits are typically processed within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed once user identity verification is complete and all relevant conditions are met. s1000xr reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.
Regarding liability limits, s1000xr is not responsible for:
- Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including internet outages or third-party technical failures.
- The accuracy or completeness of any odds information displayed, as odds are subject to change at any time.
- Any financial decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.
S1000xr's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
S1000xr reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, requests from authorities, or activities that put the platform or other users at risk. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to any refund of unused deposits.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the s1000xr support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be settled in accordance with the established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the s1000xr platform – including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software – is the exclusive property of s1000xr or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The s1000xr platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. s1000xr does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, security, or content. Accessing third-party websites is done entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
S1000xr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
Your continued use of the s1000xr platform following any published changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updates made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
